Breast reduction is an effective procedure that reduced the size and weight of the breasts to alleviate symptoms.

Breast reduction, technically known as reduction mammaplasty, is a surgical procedure. The procedure is designed to reduce the weight and size of the breasts but can also lift breasts that have sagged. The procedure usually involves circular or keyhole-shaped incisions around the nipple-areola complex. This allows the excess tissue to be removed.
